Manpower Requirement

• 3 laborers required to operate a single line tire recycling process
• 4 laborers required to operate a dual line tire recycling process
• 1 laborer to move tires from outside to inside factory about 200 to 260 tires/hr
• 1 laborer to move tires by fork-lift onto conveyor belt about 100 to 130 tires/hr
• 1 laborer to control the packaging of finished product about 1 bag/hr
• Administration personnel per your requirements

• Two line machine equipment

Wear & Tear Resistance of the Knives

Steel Drawing Machine (SK-TR) blades need to be resharpened after 4 years. The blades can be resharpened 2 times which means new blades are good for 12 years.

Plastic & Rubber Crusher (SK-FP) blades needs to be resharpened after 8 months. The blades can be resharpened 2 times which means new blades are good for 2 years.

Machine Trial & Examination

Seller will send engineers to perform a trial and pay for the round trip airfare and labor salary. Buyer is responsible for engineer transportation, meals, and accommodations costs abroad. Whole process of installation and trial in prepared factory will take approximately 30 days.
